Cancellation fee
We kindly ask you to inform us of any changes or cancellations of appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of treatment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the agreed treatment date, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.
If a combined appointment is canceled, we will charge the 50% cancellation fee of the normal rate. The discount will not be applied in this case.
In the event of a complete no-show without prior notification, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
