We are a state-of-the-art, technology-driven neurotherapy center in Vienna and set new standards in neurological rehabilitation. We believe that the neurological rehabilitation of the future will not begin in 15 years - but today. With state-of-the-art robotics, AI-supported therapy analysis and specially developed technologies, we enable therapy successes that go far beyond traditional manual approaches in many areas. Studies show that stroke patients have up to a 50% higher chance of learning to walk again with robot-assisted therapy. Our goal is to build one of the world's leading centers for neurorehabilitation - and thus redefine what is possible in therapy.

For the next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial personality as Managing Director who will shape the next stage of development together with the ownership structure, medical management and operational management.

Your role

As Managing Director, you will assume overall responsibility for the company. You will manage the center together with an experienced management team, act as a central interface between owners, healthcare, payers, partners and the internal team and share our vision of becoming the best and most successful neurotherapy center in Central and Eastern Europe.

You will combine business expertise with a hands-on mentality, team spirit, innovative spirit and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the healthcare sector.

Your tasks

• Operational and strategic responsibility for the company
• Responsibility for finance, controlling as well as legal and contractual issues
• Further development of structures, processes and growth strategies
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with payers, institutions and relevant stakeholders
• Representing the company externally - at network meetings, events and partner discussions
• Working closely with medical management, therapeutic management and COO
• Helping to shape a modern, appreciative and high-performance working environment

Your profile

• Several years of management experience in the healthcare sector - ideally in the hospital, rehab or therapy sector
• Experience in setting up, scaling or further developing organizations
• Very good understanding of the Austrian healthcare landscape and experience in dealing with payers
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with implementation strength and pragmatism
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Interest in innovation, technology and data-driven healthcare solutions
• Hands-on mentality and enjoy developing things together
