Multiple sclerosis - relearning movement with the help of robotics
Understanding what happens in the body
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease of the central nervous system that can affect the connection between the brain and body. Depending on which areas are affected, different symptoms appear - such as muscle weakness, coordination problems, changes in sensitivity or fatigue. The course of the disease is individual for each person: some experience phases of improvement, others notice slowly progressive changes.
Our approach tech2people
Our aim is to maintain or regain mobility, balance and independence as far as possible. With individually tailored physiotherapy and occupational therapy, we help you to control your movements more consciously, avoid incorrect strain and use your strength in a targeted manner.
Where appropriate, we use robotic support. Robotics helps you to perform movements safely and repeatedly, enabling more intensive training. In combination with modern movement therapy, we promote your motor learning and accompany you on your way to greater stability and quality of life.
